I am aware that keeping the New Covenant Passover at Home, when there is no one else available with which to keep the New Covenant Passover, is not the most desired way of keeping the New Covenant Passover.
Yet for many brethren it is not by choice, it is more the result of circumstances. But at the same time the circumstance should not be allowed to interfere with each individual carrying out the command of Yahweh and by extension the New Covenant example of Yahshua.
While the four New Covenant Gospels give a time line of events on the night of Passover, there are very few details of the first hours of the evening except Yahshua's command to two of the Apostles to go and prepare the Passover meal,
Luke 22:8 And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.
the remainder of the evening is given in a fairly detailed manner. A detailed manner in which all of the elements of the New Covenant Passover are an example of what we are commanded to follow:
Luke 22:19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
What should we do in order to keep the command "this do in remembrance of me"?
The Covenant with Abraham require the slaughter of a lamb following sunset - Exodus 12:6 `And it hath become a charge to you, until the fourteenth day of this month, and the whole assembly of the company of Israel have slaughtered it between996 the evenings6153; (996bêyn 6153 ‛erebim (plural - more than one evening) between the evenings or in other words between the sunsets of the 14th day of the 1st month,i.e. sunset at the end of the 13th and beginning of 14th and the sunset at the end of the 14th and the beginning of the 15th - between the evenings or between the sunsets.
The events outlined in Exodus 12 all occur after sunset at the end of the 13th and the beginning of the 14th and all events were concluded before sunrise of the 14th day of the 1st month.
The meal outlined in Exodus consisted of Fire Roasted (not boiled) Lamb, no bones were to be broken, eaten with Bitter Herbs and Unleavened bread. That which was not eaten before morning (dawn) was to be burned with fire, so that the entire ritual was completed in the one night before sunrise, the night of the 14th day of the 1st month.
The events of the Passover night in Egypt / Mitzraim only happened on that one night and the observance of Passover in the following years and centuries was done "in remembrance" or as a memorial.
Yahshua and the 12 Apostles observed the memorial of the Old Covenant Passover at the same time as all of Israel.
Italicized words in grey not in the Greek, added to English translation.
Matthew 26:17 And on the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Yahshua, saying to Him, Where do you desire we should prepare for You to eat the Passover?
Mark 14:12 And on the first day of the Unleavened Bread, when they killed the Passover, His disciples said to Him, Where do You desire that going we may prepare that You may eat the Passover?
Luke 22:1 And the Feast of Unleavened Bread, being called Passover, drew near.
Luk 22:7 And the day of the Unleavened Bread came, on which the Passover must be killed.
Luk 22:8 And He sent Peter and John, saying, Having gone, prepare for us the Passover, that we may eat.
The verses from Matthew 26:17, Mark 14:12, Luke 22:1 & 22:7-8 clearly give the timing, also clearly states it was at the time the Passover lamb was slaughtered and prepared to be eaten, the self same night as all of Israel was slaughtering and preparing to eat the Passover memorial.
After the conclusion of the Passover memorial meal when all of its rituals had been completed, Yahshua instituted the New Covenant ritual and it's associated symbols in remembrance of him. Two separate memorials or remembrances.
Our Congregation begins the evening, as near sunset as possible, with a a reading of the events in Exodus 12, followed by a meal of:
boneless roasted lamb (in this case New Zealand boneless lamb roast from the butchers case at wal-mart - we do not perform a ritual slaughtering of a lamb)
Bitter Herbs - a mixture of leaf Lettuce - this year some from my garden
Unleavened Bread
When the meal is completed - just enough for everyone to not be hungry - then we begin by reading about the events of the Last Old Covenant Passover kept by Yahshua and the 12 Apostles, followed by the New Covenant Symbols and Rituals and as we read up to each Ritual we stop and perform that Ritual
Footwashing - men wash the feet of men and women wash the feet of women - Children can also take part.
The Unleavened Bread representing Yahshua's body. Luke 22:19 And taking a loaf, giving thanks, He broke, and gave to them, saying, This is My body being given for you. This do to My remembrance. 1Corinthians 11:24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. (Children not of age(20 yrs old) should not partake)
The Wine representing Yahshua's Shed Blood and New Covenant. Luke 22:20 And in like manner the cup, after having supped, saying, This cup is the New Covenant in My blood, which is being poured out for you.1Corinthians 11:25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.(Children not of age(20 yrs old) should not partake)
After having completed the symbols the males members each then read verses as assigned from the book of John Chapters 13-17 the evening concludes with a hymn. Matthew 26:30 & Mark 14:26 And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
We also offer an online booklet outlining keeping the Passover at home.

Following the destruction of the Temple in 70 CE Judaism stopped observing the Passover, instead substituted on the next night a ritual called Pesach but is more correctly called "the Seder" and is observed on the night portion of the 15th of the 1st month -- this ritual does not include a ritually slaughtered and roasted lamb, but does have several added items.
The Seder Table includes seven items:
Seder Plate includes:
[1] 4844 merôr - Bitter Herbs - wild lettuces
[2] A roasted lamb or goat shankbone, chicken wing, or chicken neck
[3] charoset is made from chopped walnuts, grated apples, cinnamon, and sweet red wine
[4] grated horseradish with cooked beets and sugar
[5] Parsley, celery is dipped into salt water
[6] Roasted Egg - represents both fertility and the cycle of life and renewal.
