With the constant barrage of believers who say we should move to Israel as America is the Babylon of the bible. However, after reading the following article, how is Israel much better?

I was under the impression that Iraq was the ancient Babylon, or maybe I am thinking the northern end of Iraq was where Garden of Eden was. I may be wrong on both of these accounts. If so please let me know.

Another question comes to mind about moving to Israel. Are some saying that if we do not live in Israel we will not be with Yahshua when He returns? I have made statements to my family if and when the United States completely turns its back on Israel we may move there. For I truly believe that the United States is about to experience some very dark days because of the way we have turned our backs on Yahweh. The reason for our problems is a spiritual one not mainly economics. Please feel free to correct me in my questions and or writings. I am learning and all I want for me and my family is to be as close to Yahweh as we can be.

There are a number of Sabbatarian, Sacred names, and Hebrew roots Religious leaders that believe that America is the Babylon in prophecy and they are advocating that their followers leave the USA and either move to other countries or to Israel.

Whether or not you are is Israel or not has not bearing on your being or not being with Yahshua at his return.

Matthew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Matthew 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Mark 13:26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
Mark 13:27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

As to moving to Israel

Immigrating to Israel is a lot harder than immigrating to the USA. Just take a look at the Israeli government site listing the qualifications for immigrating to Israel.

In order to legally work in Israel you must have a legal right based on being a legal resident of Israel.

A tourist visa to enter Israel expires after 90 days and the individual then must leave the country, before they can legally return to Israel for another 90 days. If the individual crosses into either Jordan or Egypt on the return crossing they are given only a thirty Day visa, so you must leave Israel by traveling to countries other than Jordan or Egypt and in some cases the individual has to wait a certain time period before returning for another 90 days.

According to articles in Israeli Newspapers make too many trips and the individual could be barred from reentering Israel.

All individuals entering Israel are tracked much closer than anything in the USA. Overstay your visa and the individual could face other legal problems that would preclude an easy or quick exit, in fact the individual would most likely be detain for an extended period of time while being interrogated about their reasons for breaking Israeli Law.

Now if the individual can prove a Maternal Jewish genealogy then the process of immigration can go a lot quicker.

My question is where do you flee when these prophetic events occur?

Matthew 24:15 When you therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Matthew 24:16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
Matthew 24:17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
Matthew 24:18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
Matthew 24:19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
Matthew 24:20 But pray you that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
Matthew 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Matthew 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.


Luke 21:20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
Luke 21:21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.
Luke 21:22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.

Scripture does not command believers to move to Israel as a requirement of Salvation. The prudent would make every effort to come out of her my people. Jerusalem and Israel will be the center of Yahweh's wrath in the day of Judgment.

Thank you. That makes much more sense now. It's just putting everything into a right order for me right now. It's time to put works into action and get off the sideline. Yahweh has had me on a journey of revealing some truths about Him and His scripture. My life has been shaken and is in the process of being rebuilt. Over the past well close to three years now it has been one attack after another. I will share more about that in a private email and or phone call.
